Start Planning Your Event
The museum may be reserved up to one year in advance but no later than two weeks prior to an event.
Events are scheduled outside of the museum’s operating hours.
Capacity Guidelines*
Rentable spaces consist of the Galleries and the Conference Room.
Sit-down dinner | 80 guests maximum
Buffet dinner with seating | 70 guests maximum
Lecture/speaker-style event | 120 guests maximum
Reception/Cocktail party | 150 guests maximum
Conference Room | 12 guests maximum

Preferred Caterers
We require professional catering for events exceeding 50 guests. Please contact the Museum Events Manager for a list of our preferred caterers.
Museum Docent Tours
Complimentary introductions to The Foster Museum and artist Tony Foster are available. In-depth exhibition tours by knowledgeable docents may constitute an add-on fee based on the size and scope of your event and your specific request.
Fees
Fees are quoted individually based on the size, scope, and length of your event. Preferred rates are available for non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations. Reservations are secured upon receipt of a signed contract and deposit payment.
